T-TOWN DISC GOLF

Your information.
Handled with care.

When you get in touch

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. We use these details to read and respond to your enquiry. We don’t subscribe you to a mailing list or sell your contact information.

How messages reach us

The website is hosted by Railway. Messages are delivered through Resend to the community’s email inbox. These services process the information needed to host the site and deliver email, and may process it outside Canada. Messages remain in the receiving inbox and the email service’s records until deleted under those services’ retention settings.

Keeping the form working

We use short-lived form tokens and request limits to reduce spam. The website keeps temporary, hashed network identifiers in server memory for these limits. We don’t save contact messages to a website database. Hosting and email providers may keep operational and security logs.

Cookies and measurement

This website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and improve the site. This service may use cookies and collect device, network and usage information.

Questions or a deletion request

Contact the T-Town community if you have a question about your information or would like us to delete a message you sent. Please avoid including sensitive information in the form.
